So proud of you And you are setting such a good example for Keira and Riley too… I seriously need to get back to the gym, it would be hard enough for me to WALK 10km let along run or jog it, good on ya chicky!!!

Kudos for making it. I did a big run myself yesterday but not nearly as far- it was the annual Sydney walk to d’feet MND and it’s a 5km walk (2 laps) but my boyfriend and I decided to run one lap of it.
It was a rainy and humid day, cool breezes yet by the end we were SWEATING. Fun though. Felt good.
