(Had one of them recently though, so I know how you feel.) My excuse was rain. Today I'm trying to actually make some headway with cleaning, not that too much ever happens in that department in the one day. I keep 'rewarding' myself with computer time! And lo and behold what do I discover behind her little ear? A tick! *groan* Attempted removal. Failed. Took said child to local GP (who were fabulous), but they couldn't get the microscopic head out either. Oh joy. Needle required to numb the area so that they could just take a chunk out of her instead. So, plans cancelled for the day. There really isn't any other job like this, is there?!
