- Am I the only one who sucks in their stomach when they’re watching The Biggest Loser?
- Keira shows her stress about returning to school in new ways other than clutching to my leg now - and that is by being chronically constipated. It upsets her; it upsets me. Advice?
- Blog post ideas which haven’t eventuated due to my
Season Seven Buffy re-watching, So you think you can dance Australia watching, general procrastination:
- Haircuts - I need one. Long or short?
- Riley’s birthday tribute for next week.
- So, uh, yeah, better think of one for Keira soon too.
- Shall I get a massage or shall I save the money because they’re a waste of time? I only walk out feeling woosy and headachey.
- Could I really get any more boring if I tried?

I have a daughter that used to suffer constipation. Took her to a naturopath that gave her some herbal drops, helped with the constipation and anxiety……now that she is older she just eats licorice when she feels constipated, seems to help!
What type of massage do you get? It shouldn’t leave you headachey and woosy! Ideally you should feel either relaxed or invigorated! Maybe find a different therapist - make sure they are aware of any existing conditions you have such as the menieres symptoms and any medication you may be taking. There could be areas of the body they shouild not be working on, or essential oils they should not be using.

When we watched the first episode of the Biggest Loser we both laid on the floor and did situps.

Um… when I watch Biggest Loser I’m generally tucking into tea. Usually it’s a few good old chops. If only they could see me, eh?

Figs. Fresh figs. Oh lordy, I’m eating them straight off the tree, just trying to get to them before the cockatoos do. And then for the rest of my day my stomach grumbles and gurgles and, well… fresh figs. There must be a tree somewhere in your neighbourhood. Follow the sound of screeching cockatoos…
Massages can make you feel woosey from having the toxins released. It’s not a pleasant feeling. Drink loads of water right after the massage to flush it all out of your system. And let the masseur know that this reaction is usual for you and s/he might go easy on your lymphs.
