Well we’re over 1/12th of the way through the year. So are we on track for my OXFAM fundraiser? Yes! We’re over 1/12th of the way there thanks to my mother and my sister. Remember, this is a great gift worth giving to others or yourself. And yes, it is tax deductible for donations over $2.

I read your blog every day via Bloglines – I guess that doesn’t show up in your stats. I made a NY resolution to de-lurk and comment more often, and I’m going to make good on that promise once the kids have gone back to school and I finish up at my job. There was some other promise I made about losing weight and getting fit and cutting back on the sauvignon blanc but I’m pretty sure I’ll be too busy delurking and commenting to do any of that other crazy shit.
