Well, it’s November 1st. What does that mean, apart from the start of NaBloPoMo?
It means I’m putting together my Christmas Card list, of course!
Last year, I put out the invitation to y’all out there. And I was repaid, nicely. I gave (and received in turn) cards from all over, as far off as Hawaii. This year, hey, let’s go global! You never know unless you try.
How do I do this, you ask? It’s quite simple. If you want to get a good ole’ Aussie Christmas Card, all you need to do is tell me! Go to my Contact page, drop your real, full name (if you blog under somewhat anonymous circumstances) and address and that’s all. You can look out for a card in the mail - hopefully- before Saint Nicholas comes stomping over your roof.
What have you got to lose? Nothing!

This is a great idea. I am terrible with Xmas cards. I have all the best intentions, but then I run out of time/energy/money.

I keep meaning to get myself a PO box so I can take part in things like this. I’m too much of a pessimist to give my real address because I figure everyone’s a crazy ax murderer (or the person hacking into my or your email account is!). Oh gosh, I’m a bore.
It’ll be interesting to see where your cards are sent this year. Although if I did participate, I’d only be another Aussie. Hardly as exciting as say, Germany or the North Pole.

Cool idea! I’m busy working on my Christmas list for people I know! Last year I didn’t find the time to write any cards, so this year I’m aiming for two a day for all of November and I should have all my bases covered. A bit early I know… but I’m trying.

Good Lord, you don’t really do this do you? I mean, I can barely manage to send cards to people I’m related to. What you’re proposing? This, this is really impressive.
